1. Agreement to Terms

By using Parlamigo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Parlamigo is a subscription-based Telegram chatbot service designed to help language learners practice conversational skills. We offer three subscription tiers: Basic, Plus, and Premium. There are no free tiers, and a subscription is required to use the service.

3. Account Registration and Subscription

  • Users must register for an account on parlamigo.com to use the service.
  • Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis and are managed through Paddle.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.

4. Payment and Billing

  • All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.
  • Users can choose between monthly and yearly payment plans.
  • There are no refunds for any subscription, as detailed on our refund policy page.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

  • Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time.
  • Cancelling a subscription will allow users to access the service until the next renewal date.
  • No refunds are issued upon cancellation.

6. User Conduct

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and must not use our service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • The generation of adult or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
  • Parlamigo retains the right to terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

7. Content and Data Usage

  • Parlamigo uses pre-generated characters ("language partners") powered by OpenAI models for conversation practice.
  • All user messages are stored on Parlamigo's servers to improve chat quality.
  • Users can delete their messages from our servers using the commands available in Telegram.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality of Parlamigo are and remain the exclusive property of Parlamigo.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Parlamigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.
  • Our liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms will at all times be limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid us in the past six months.

10. Changes to these Terms

  • Parlamigo reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website.
  • Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
